​Our approach with your special day starts with a meet and greet chat over zoom with a cup of coffee cup (or glass of wine - no judgement!) so that we can get to know one another. Once we realize how much fun we can have together - and how stress-free your day will feel - we begin planning one amazing celebration! 

 

We first start with the planning phase and review potential venues, catering partners, and accommodations for you and your guests. We continue by discussing budget goals and truly begin to envision your day together. We will then assist with negotiating and securing your preferred  vendor contracts and move onto the fun stuff - our design phase! 

 

Once the date is set, venue is secured, and contracts finalized, we get to move on to color palettes, florals, entertainment, and more! By pulling together an amazing vendor team at the beginning, we can collaboratively - and creatively - pull all of your final details together with a personalized on-site management team for your special day.

 

For couples who have already secured their date and venue, our partial planning services allow us to take the extra details off your plate covering everything from florals to floor plans, and wedding day-of coordination to ensure you feel free to enjoy this special time with family and friends.
